The Milk Diet

The Milk diet causes a lot of discussion and controversy in terms of effectiveness for weight loss and safety. This is a low-calorie regime, which will undoubtedly contribute to weight loss. For 5 days you can lose weight by 3-7 kg depending on the type selected.

Milk is a major component of milk diet is very helpful for our body. It contains an abundance of vitamins A, B, C and E, and various trace elements (especially – calcium) and many minerals. The presence of large amounts of protein in milk ensures the intake of this important component. Just one quart of milk is able to bring daily rate of this component in the human body. Among other things, the milk is very good effect on our digestive system.

Milk diet is not just a fast weight loss. Such a diet promotes the excretion of excess liquids. This dairy regime will help get rid of the tummy.

The Main Types of Milk Diet
In general, there are two types of milk diet – pure (rigid) on the same milk and different variations of the combined (lightweight) diets – a combination of acceptable products, and milk. Rigid regime is recommended to stick up to 3 days (maximum 5): the first day – 6-7 glasses of milk at intervals of 2 hours, the reception from 8 am to 20 pm. Second – 7-8 cups, frequency – 1.5 hours. Third – 10-12, the frequency of 1:00. If you can able to withstand then intervals reduced to a half-hour . If you feeling the unbearable of hunger at night you can add to milk honey, mint, and in the afternoon drink or to eat one prune. Exit of such a diet is not easy – you can add to the menu, only a light salad. The next day, add boiled low-fat foods. And only on the third day you can go back to the dietary regime. During this diet you should take vitamin complex.

In the lightweight nutrition, there are three options:

1. Milk + dairy products. Acceptance of milk should be alternated with yogurt, kefir, cottage cheese.

2. Milk – tea. All as a rigid, only for every liter of milk poured a couple of spoonfuls of very strong green tea, allowed a lot of fresh juices, prunes.

3. Milk + oatmeal + eggs + fruits + vegetables. There are restrictions on fruit: recommended peaches, pears, bananas and apricots. Prohibited acidic fruits and berries, grapes, citrus and even apples. Vegetables: cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, squash. Eggs – boiled, oatmeal without salt and sugar. As a seasoning – a little grated cheese, herbs, for refueling – sour cream. You can stick such a diet 14 days.

The diet should not be repeated more than 1 time in 1.5-2 months. The Milk diet is contraindicated only for gastric and gastritis.
