Basic Principles

2. Don’t mix animal and vegetable fats.

Weight loss program for the first type
In the morning on an empty stomach: a sugar cube.
After an hour: a slice of bread.
After 2 hours: 20 g of bread and butter, 30 g of cheese with tomato.
After 2 hours: one banana or apple.
After 2 hours: 80 g of meat or 1 egg with potato or fish, or 1 tablespoon of rice with any vegetable (no beans).
After 2 hours: 2 pieces of chocolate.
After 2 hours: 1 cup of milk.
After 2 hours: slightly acidic fruits.

Weight loss program for the second type
In the morning on an empty stomach: 1 teaspoon vegetable oil.
After 2 hours: a cup of green tea.
After 2 hours, 1 cup of milk or a banana.
After 2 hours, 80 g of cooked meat, fish, or egg with a small jacket potato, or 1 tablespoon of rice with any vegetable.
After 2 hours: a cup of green tea.
After 2 hours: a large portion of vegetable salad.
