    I’m down 21 pounds & went from a tight 38 inch waist to a 34 inch after 4 1/2 weeks. Was 220, now 199

    I’m never hungry. I’ve always liked oatmeal, but never knew it could be used as a quick weight loss diet. After a Cup & 1/2 I AM FULL and it’s only 225 calories.

    I want to lose 20-30 more pounds & one more inch from my waist; my belly is going way down! My goal: 170-180.
