We all know that kefir is one of the most useful dairy products. It is used as a prophylactic and therapeutic tool. Kefir has a calming effect on the circulatory and nervous systems of the body. It is rich in vitamins and minerals, helps to establish work of intestines, heals the body and rejuvenates the skin, improves condition of hair and nails. In addition, diets based on the use of kefir will help you quite easily get rid of extra pounds.

Another distinct advantage of kefir – it’s a low content of carbohydrates. Most experts are unanimous that the most common cause of excess weight is over-consumption of carbohydrates. So by eating kefir you decide this problem.

There are many variants of kefir diets. All are based on daily use kefir but differ in the number of additional products and long term.

Winter kefir diet

The diet is designed for 3 days and no more. The weight that you can lose with this diet depends on the individual characteristics of the organism.

Breakfast: salad of pickled cabbage, scrambled eggs, coffee with milk, or semolina porridge, egg, toast with butter, tea with honey.
Snack: A glass of kefir or an apple and a slice of cheese.
Lunch: beetroot salad, chicken soup, braised carrots, a slice of bread, or mushroom soup, stew and cabbage.
Snack: 1 glass of kefir, or baked apples.
Dinner: fried in vegetable oil fish, baked potatoes, tea, or a casserole of carrots with prunes, tea with honey.

Kefir-fruit diet

On the day you should drink 1.5-2 liters of skim kefir and eating fruits and vegetables in sufficient quantities to satisfy hunger. Most often, in such a way arrange fasting days, but we can arrange a three-and four-day diet. With this diet, you can lose weight by 2-3 kg for three days.

Kefir-apple diet

Kefir-apple diet lasts for 9 days. During this diet you should alternate between kefir and apple days. You can drink 1.5 liters of kefir or eat 1.5kg of apples per day.

Kefir Mono-diet

Kefir mono diet is very tough, but very effective diet. This kefir diet is designed for three days, during which you can quickly lose weight by 3-4 kg.
Need to drink daily 1-1.5 liters of fresh low-interest kefir without added sugar 5-6 times per day. The intervals between the intakes of kefir should be the same.
