Egg DietThe egg diet is a diet based on the consumption of chicken eggs. In recent times we hear more often about the effective results of the egg diet. For 7 days you can lose weight from 11 to 22 pounds!

The egg diet is low carb protein diet, which, according to the absolute majority of dietitians, is the most effective way to lose weight. And in view of biotin, a protein which helps to digest and does not go into a state of excess pounds, we can say that the egg diet – very fast and effective diet.

Eggs contain many vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, B12, as well as very rarely find in other products, vitamin K, which provides blood clotting. In addition, eggs contain biotin, folic and nicotinic acids. There is in them, and phosphorus, iron, calcium, potassium, iodine, copper, cobalt and precious. Based on the above we can conclude that sitting on the egg diet, absolutely no need to use complex vitamins and trace elements.

Egg Diet Plan

Day 1
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 1 grapefruit, 1 cup of green tea.
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 150 grams of boiled chicken fillet with salt.
Dinner: 200 grams of boiled chicken without skin with salt, 1 cup of yogurt.

Day 2
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 1 cup of any citrus juice.
Lunch: 2 oranges, 150 grams of boiled or stewed chicken with salt, without skin, 1 cup of clean water.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 1 grapefruit, and 1 cup of milk.

Day 3
Breakfast: 1 cup of pure water with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 boiled egg.
Lunch: 200 grams of cooked meat (beef or veal), 1 grapefruit.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 1 cup of mineral water.

Day 4
Breakfast: 3 egg omelette with salt and greenery (dill, parsley, chives, etc.).
Lunch: Lettuce leaves in unlimited quantities boiled or steamed 2 chicken legs with salt, without skin.
Dinner: 2 grapefruit, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of clean water.

Day 5
Breakfast: salad from one boiled carrot, 2 boiled eggs and 1 tablespoon low-fat sour cream.
Lunch: 2 fresh carrots, a glass of orange juice.
Dinner: Marine fish boiled or stewed, drenched with lemon juice (1 teaspoon), 1 boiled egg, 1 glass of mineral water.

Day 6
Breakfast: 150 grams of cottage cheese, 1 cup of citrus juice.
Lunch: 2 grapefruit, 2 boiled chicken eggs.
Dinner: None. You can drink unlimited quantities of mineral water.

Day 7
Breakfast: Half a grapefruit, 2 boiled egg.
Lunch: 200 grams of cooked meat (beef or veal), 1 orange.
Dinner: None. You can drink unlimited quantities of mineral water.

During the next week try to include eggs, grapefruit, oranges, cheese, etc. in your ration. This will ensure you save the result.

Disadvantage of the egg diet: egg increases the level of “bad” cholesterol. Egg cholesterol is considered the least harmful because into the body comes along with lecithin. The advantage of this diet can be considered as consumption of fruits and vegetables which contain natural antioxidants and fiber.

    This diet really works!! & fast too!! You have to be strong and very motivated to do it but the results are unbelievable. I wasnt hungry like I thought I would be. I did have the withdrawl symptoms such as a headache and little nausea but not too much. The headache was pretty extreme but only lasted two days. The pounds began dropping the very first day, I had lost 5 lbs by the second day!!

    Can i just say…the diet you’ve placed above is wrong….if you have grapfruit with your eggs that makes it THE GRAPFRUIT DIET!!! Your suppose to have 9 eggs the first day …either grapfruit or eggs…egg diet or grapfruit diet…and it’s all to do with your liver and the chemicals that your getting from the diets that make you loose the weight quickly…your only suppose to drink water with lemon, water, or black coffee…the only condiments your aloud are black pepper, salt and vinager…that’s also to make your salad taste better…your also suppose to have steak, cottage cheese and celery the 2nd night…this has been around our way for years and i’ve done it three times after putting weight on due to surgery. The right diet really does make a differance to your end weight, skin and hair! And teaches you portion control and how things really taste…if you ewant the right diet message me!

      I am 15 pounds overweight , not a big eater but still can’t get rid of the pounds
